Membership fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable. This includes all types of memberships, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
Fees paid for special offers and promotions are non-refundable. These offers are time-bound and cannot be transferred or refunded.
Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling. Cancellations made later result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Fees for classes are non-refundable. If Multigym Premium cancels a session, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Serious illness or injury refund requests must be documented (medical certificate) and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If membership is terminated due to a breach of the Terms of Use, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
